Bindu's Academy · Mahabharata
Oh! Hello. You found us. I'm Bindu.

It is one of the two great epics of India, and the longest poem ever written. The sage Vyasa spoke it, and Ganesha himself wrote it down.
Inside it are love stories, curses, gods walking among people, and the Bhagavad Gita, where Krishna teaches Arjuna on the battlefield.

At its heart is the story of one family: five brothers, the Pandavas, and their hundred cousins, the Kauravas. They grow up together, fall out over a kingdom, and end in a great war.
But around that story grow hundreds of others, like branches on a great tree: sages and kings, lovers and rivals, the Sun, the Moon, and the gods themselves.

Every person in this story is someone you have met. The one who wasn't believed. The one who gave too much. The loyal friend. And sometimes, you will find yourself.
These stories don't stay on the page. The book itself says that whoever hears it is made pure of heart. They move into you, quietly, and begin to change you from the inside.
No homework. No prior knowledge needed. Just Bindu, the stories, and you.
Each story told in luminous paintings, one gentle card at a time.
Bindu narrates, and the characters speak their own words from the text.
Little questions that help the stories stay with you. Earn petals, grow lotuses.
Over a hundred characters with portraits, family links, and a "Guess who?" game.
See where the stories happened: royal cities, sacred rivers, the great field.
Each lesson ends with a calm breath, a mantra, and a lotus for your library.
The sages kept this light burning for thousands of years. Bindu's Academy is coming soon to iPhone. Shall we begin?

The stories in Bindu's Academy follow the Mahabharata in the classic English translation by Kisari Mohan Ganguli (1883–1896), with sources noted for every lesson. They are told with reverence, as sacred texts.
